Historically, we find the PBMs in violation of their contract 100% of the time with about 50% of the overcharges coming from the claim review and 50% from comparing 100% of the claims to the terms and conditions of the agreement. After we identify the out of compliance claims on the past audit we then provide a real time audit called our Prospective Audit.  This progrm audits RX Claims on a real time basis to make sure the claims are processed correctly and our clients should never have to pay an overcharged or out of compliance claim again. We can also assist our client through the other programs in PBM selections, contract negotiation, and with the Predictive Modeling Program it will predict our client's drug spend for the next year.
